We collect your name, email address, phone number, photographs of your skin condition, medical history, and any messages you send through the platform.
Your data is used solely to provide the consultation service: to match you with a licensed dermatologist, facilitate the creation of a treatment plan, and (with your consent) transmit prescriptions to a pharmacy. We do not sell your data.
We encrypt data at rest and in transit. Access to your medical information is restricted to the dermatologist reviewing your case and essential support staff.
You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe receives your payment card details but not your medical information. We may also partner with pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions, in which case we share only the necessary information with your consent.
